For much of our 50-year history, SSP’s focus was on rural home repair beneficiaries, usually in Indigenous communities. In the 1990s, SSP expanded outside of California, and in the 2000s programs began to diversify. In the past decade, SSP has grown roots in North Sacramento where our office and warehouse are located. We collaborate with many partners and have a strong base of over 500 donors annually.
