Current Availability (spaces open):

Take a look at the chart below for information on when and where you can join SSP next summer! The number of spaces listed in the chart are the number of openings we currently have for volunteers.

Open Sessions:

Please note the following sessions are flexible in length (6-night or 5-night) and program type (see session colors), decided by the first group to register:

  • Navajo Nation Week 4
  • Navajo Nation Week 5

Key:

5-night sessions are indicated via asterisk(*). All other sessions run for 6 nights (Sunday – Saturday).

Please note the program schedule may be subject to change by volunteer interest and program needs.

Summer Registration Timeline

  • October 3:
    • Info packet available with program and registration details
  • October 10-31:
    • Priority registration open
    • Group sign-up fee & per-person deposits due to register
    • The priority registration period determines the length and program type of each session
  • Early November:
    • Priority placements are made
      • If placement does not work for your group, notify the SSP office by November 15th to receive a refund or credit for the group sign-up fee.
