Request Home Repair

Note: Days of Service are currently paused until Sacramento County reaches the “moderate” or “minimal” COVID-19 risk category based on California’s Blueprint for a Safer Economy. We will be completing home repairs by working with contractors until it is safe to host volunteers in-person.

Apply for Home Repair Services

Sierra Service Project is accepting applications for free-of-cost home repair and beautification services for low-income residents of North Sacramento and Rancho Cordova. To qualify, you must own your home, meet our income requirements, and be willing to have groups of community volunteers work on your home.

Program Dates

This program will take place from September through May.

Cost

This program is funded in part by grants from the City of Rancho Cordova and Wells Fargo Bank. There is no cost to the homeowner.

How to Apply

Please download and read the document titled General Information/Información general. To submit a request for work, either click on the button below or download and fillout a Work Request Form/Petición para Reparaciones. Your form will be reviewed by a Sierra Service Project staff member and you will be contacted to schedule a visit to your home.
