Welcome to SSP’s online Construction training!
We have a lot ahead of us but I’m confident each and everyone of you are ready and capable. This training should take you several hours.During the summer this information will not only serve you but your volunteers as you lead them daily. Putting in the extra time and effort now will only limit your mistakes and make your job easier.
We are so excited you’ve decided to spend your summer as a part of the SSP team. The goals of this training are:
- To ensure you understand your job as a construction team member.
- To introduce you to some of the types of projects you may lead this summer.
- To make sure you have a good idea of what to expect from the summer ahead.
- To make sure you know what SSP expects of you.
- To expand on information in the 2019 Construction Manual.
- To prepare you for hands-on training in June.
- To answer any other questions you might have prior to the summer.
Instructions:
Read each chapter carefully before beginning the quiz. You must complete each quiz with a score of 80% or higher. If you don’t, don’t worry, re-read the chapter and try the quiz again until you have completed it with 80% of higher.
