Mexico Pilot Program - Photographs

Valle Verde

Our service work will take place in the community of Valle Verde, a working-class neighborhood where the Methodist Church has purchased property for a church.  It's a pretty typical working class Tijuana neighborhood of unpaved roads with lots of dirt and dust.  There is a nice park in the middle of the neighborhood.

The Border

The US-Mexico border at Tijuana is the most heavily-trafficked in the world and crossing it is a real experience!  Below are photos of the main crossing point at San Ysidro.
