The Hiring Process: What You Can Expect
You will contacted shortly after we receive your application and
will be scheduled for an over-the-phone, informal, informational interview.
After this conversation, you will be scheduled for a formal hiring interview
during a weekend in March. At this point, you'll be interviewed over the
phone by a team of Site Directors. You'll be notified of our hiring
decision shortly after these interviews. If you are offered a position, we
will be asking for a firm commitment from you within a few days.
Please feel free to contact Rick Eaton, SSP's Executive Director,
if you have any questions about this process.
